Essential Oil Roll-On
Inspired by winter and the wisdom of Ayurveda, this essential oil blends the strength of warming spices and purifying resins to stimulate, lighten, and invigorate, with citrus and woody notes that open the heart and uplift the spirit.
Energy and vitality: ginger, cinnamon
Clarity and lightness: rosemary, orange
Harmony and warmth: cardamom, bergamot
Apply with presence, as a ritual of renewal and movement, to support body and mind through the cold season — releasing Kapha’s heaviness and rediscovering inner lightness and strength.
Tongue Scraper
Copper tongue scraper to help keep the doshas in balance. Use it first thing in the morning, scraping the tongue about 7 times to remove the bacteria accumulated overnight, stimulate agni (the digestive fire), and enhance your sense of taste.
Eye Pillow
Handmade with rice grains and lavender essential oil, the eye pillow helps you relax. Bring it with you during your practices and use it whenever you feel the need to disconnect from the outside world and (re)connect with your inner world.
Dry Brush
Dry brushing is especially recommended for Kapha and for the winter season, when the body tends to feel slower, heavier, and more stagnant. This practice stimulates lymphatic and blood circulation, reactivates vital energy, and supports the elimination of accumulated toxins. The dry, invigorating contact of the brush counteracts the excess moisture and lethargy typical of Kapha, bringing lightness, warmth, and vitality. Practice dry brushing in the morning to start your day with renewed energy.
Neti Pot
Neti is an ideal remedy for Kapha and for the winter season, when mucus, congestion, and heaviness tend to accumulate in the respiratory passages.
Nasal cleansing with warm water and salt helps clear the airways, improve breathing, and keep the mind clear and light. This Ayurvedic practice supports the balance of Kapha by reducing excess moisture and promoting a feeling of spaciousness, lightness, and vitality.
Sesame Oil
Sesame oil is one of the most recommended oils for Kapha, because of its warm, light, and penetrating nature. After dry brushing, it nourishes the skin and helps maintain internal warmth, promoting circulation and dissolving the stagnation typical of Kapha. When applied to the nostrils after neti, it protects the mucous membranes from cold and dryness, keeping the respiratory channels clean and lubricated.
